【论文摘要】  旅游业是我国的支柱产业,也是对外开放较早的行业。我国旅游业在利用外资方面已经取得不俗的成绩。截至2002年底,我国旅游业利用外资超过500亿美元。外资进入旅游业,一方面为旅游业的发展提供了资金,另一方面也带来了先进的管理技术和方法,为中国旅游业的发展提供了更多的机会。 根据大量翔实的数据,以我国旅游业利用外资的现状为背景,本文分析了现阶段我国旅游业在利用外资方面存在的问题,如旅游业对外投资的区域分布不均匀、行业分布不均匀、利用外资方式单一以及利用外资的效率偏低、缺乏政府支持以及监督机制、旅游业投资环境不完善。根据国际国内的经济环境,本文分析了我国旅游业利用外资的趋势:如加入WTO后,中国旅游业市场扩大、旅行社成为对外直接投资的热点、中西部地区旅游业吸引外资大幅增长、对旅游景点的投资比例增大以及中国旅游业经营形成规模经济、网络化经营以及旅游企业的兼并。本文针对当前旅游业利用外资存在的问题和发展趋势,提出一些我国旅游业利用外资的新对策:如旅游业利用外资方式可以多样化、采取并购方式融资、采取特许经营方式进行融资、以及利用项目融资和外国企业贷款的方式融资建设旅游目的地的基础设施,旅游企业还可以实施“...
